Authors - Josh Emmons

Josh Emmons is the author of the new novel "Prescription for a Superior Existence" (Scribner).

His first novel, "The Loss of Leon Meed," is now in paperback. It was praised by the Los Angeles Times as an "audaciously ambitious first novel." The New York Times added that "Emmons writes with crisp, gratifying authority."

Emmons' writing has also appeared in the New York Times Book Review, Esquire, Details, People and the San Francisco Chronicle.

He is a graduate of Oberlin College and the Iowa Writers Workshop.
