Authors - Jennifer Egan

Jennifer Egan is the author of three novels, including her latest "The Keep." In its front cover review of "The Keep" in July, The New York Times Book Review wrote: "Egan sustains an awareness that the text is being manipulated by its author, while at the same time delivering character and story with perfect and passionate conviction. Very few writers, of our time or any other, have been able to bring that combination off."

She is also the author of "Look At Me," a finalist for the National Book Award, "The Invisible Circus," and a story collection, "Emerald City." Her short fiction has been published in The New Yorker, Harper's, Zoetrope and Ploughshares, and her journalism appears frequently in The New York Times Magazine.

She lives in Brooklyn with her family.
