Katie Chase’s first published story, “Man And Wife” from the Missouri Review, was selected for the 2008 edition of Best American Short Stories by editor Salman Rushdie.
She received her MFA from the Iowa Writers Workshop in 2007, where she was a teaching-Writing Fellow and a Provost’s Postgraduate Writing Fellow. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
